The Seidenader HVLD is specialized in detecting even small pinholes and cracks at high through-put rates using high voltage technology.

The HVLD high performance machine has been developed for production environments covering the inspection of a wide range of products in ampules, cartridges, vials and syringes.

Applications:

 Check for pinholes, cracks, leaks
 Containers filled with liquid products
 Cartridges, ampules, vials and syringes,
    0.5 ml up to 100 ml

Advantages:

 Precise positioning towards the electrodes
 Reproducible 360° rotation
 Also suitable for low filled products due to
    tilt angles of 75° - 105°
 Only minimal conductivity of product is
    required
 With up to 4 high voltage inspection
    stations each product is checked
